The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming instructional materials into interactive, multimedia-rich e-learning modules using authoring tools and learning platforms. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and graphic designers to create high-quality digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interactive and engaging e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Convert instructional content and storyboards into SCORM/xAPI-compliant e-learning modules.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs to understand learning objectives and content flow.
Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, quizzes, etc.) to enhance learning engagement.
Test and troubleshoot courses for functionality, usability, and compatibility across platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Maintain and update existing e-learning content as needed.
Ensure e-learning deliverables meet accessibility, branding, and quality standards.
Support the deployment of learning materials on LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, etc.).
