Bureau Veritas seeks an entry-level eLearning Designer to support the creation of digital learning solutions using fundamental instructional design, visual design, and multimedia production skills for Global Performance Center.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders
+ Conduct initial discovery meetings to understand learning content requirements
+ Schedule structured interviews with domain experts
+ Document and validate technical and learning content specifics
+ Seek clarifications on complex subject matter
+ Translate technical information into learner-friendly content
+ Maintain professional communication channels
+ Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders Support Learning Content Development
+ Assist in content research and gathering relevant materials
+ Draft initial content outlines and storyboards
+ Validate content accuracy with subject matter experts
+ Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions
+ Ensure alignment with learning objectives
+ Organize and categorize learning resources
+ Prepare preliminary content drafts for review
Project Coordination Responsibilities
+ Track project timelines and milestones
+ Maintain detailed documentation of learning design process
+ Coordinate with multiple team members
+ Support project management administrative tasks
+ Participate in weekly design and review meetings
+ Help manage content development workflows
+ Assist in resource allocation and scheduling
Design Responsibilities
Learning Design
+ Assist in developing digital learning content
+ Support creation of instructional materials
+ Help design simple learning modules
+ Implement basic instructional design principles
+ Develop learning frameworks under supervision
Content Creation
+ Develop interactive learning elements
+ Support storyboard development
+ Prepare draft learning content
+ Create video-based content (Byte sized / Microlearning)
+ Assist in content review process

Number of modules created per month
Number of PowerPoint slides developed
Percentage of content accuracy in learning modules
Timely completion of assigned learning design projects
Average time taken to develop a single learning module
4. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
