Role Overview
The ELD Sales Process Manager will oversee the complete sales cycle for ELD products/services, manage the sales team, ensure achievement of targets, maintain lead quality, and drive performance. The role demands strong sales leadership, process knowledge, discipline, and strategic planning to maximize conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Management
Manage the entire ELD sales pipeline--from lead generation to closing.
Ensure every salesperson follows the correct pitching structure and process flow.
Maintain daily targets, monitor conversions, and ensure productivity of the team.
Implement strategies to increase closures and reduce dropped leads.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and supervise the ELD Sales Team (TLs, Supervisors & Executives).
Conduct daily sales huddles, script refreshers, and performance reviews.
Train team members on product knowledge, competition, pricing, and negotiation.
Maintain discipline and adherence to company rules (timing, conduct, reporting, etc.).
3. Process & Performance Control
Monitor KPI metrics: conversion %, call quality, attendance, targets, AHT, lead usage.
Ensure follow-ups are done on time and CRM entries are accurate.
Identify low performers, guide them, and take corrective actions.
Maintain transparency and real-time reporting to senior management.
4. Client Handling & Closures
Assist the team in high-value or difficult closures.
Handle escalated calls or client concerns.
Ensure clients receive correct information and professional communication.
Build long-term client relationships and improve customer trust in the process.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Track lead status, conversions, revenue, and team activity logs.
Maintain process documents, pitch scripts, and sales SOPs.
Ensure proper handover between shifts and communication flow.
6. Coordination With Other Departments
Coordinate with Accounts for payments & commissions.
Work with the CS/ELD team for onboarding newly closed clients.
Collaborate with HR for hiring, training, and discipline actions.

Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years experience in Sales (ELD US Process preferred).
Strong understanding of ELD industry, competition, and pricing models.
Proven ability to manage a team and meet monthly targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (US market) and manage 24/7 operations.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
