Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design multi-tier Elasticsearch architecture (hot/warm/cold/frozen) with ILM. Architect Active-Active/Passive HA and DR across production and disaster recovery data centers. Define and implement observability standards, data schemas, naming conventions, and ILM policies per domain. Develop and manage ingestion pipelines using Logstash, Beats, and Elastic Agent Parse and enrich structured/unstructured logs; implement scalable and fault-tolerant pipelines. Deploy and configure Elastic APM agents for Java/.NET/Python services Ensure end-to-end distributed tracing, span enrichment, and service dependency mapping Optimize trace sampling, error logging, and business transaction visibility Design end-to-end observability solution using Elastic stack: log analytics, metrics, traces, APM, and ML. Integrate machine learning for anomaly detection. Oversee implementation of distributed tracing and service mapping. Ensure that every critical banking transaction can be traced end-to-end. Drive adoption of observability standards (SLOs/SLIs, tagging, dashboards).
