Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled

RF Engineer with expertise in Ekahau

to design, implement, and optimize wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ekahau tools for wireless site surveys, heatmapping, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The role involves ensuring reliable, high-performance Wi-Fi coverage and supporting wireless infrastructure across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

wireless site surveys

(active, passive, and predictive) using Ekahau tools. Design, deploy, and validate

Wi-Fi networks

in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards. Generate and present

heatmaps, coverage reports, and optimization recommendations

. Perform

RF spectrum analysis

to identify sources of interference and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with network engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless wireless integration. Troubleshoot

wireless performance issues

, including connectivity, coverage, and capacity problems. Maintain and update documentation, including network diagrams, RF design reports, and configuration details. Provide technical support during wireless network upgrades, expansions, or migrations. Ensure compliance with wireless security standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field

(or equivalent experience). Proven experience with

Ekahau Site Survey (ESS), Ekahau Pro, and Ekahau Analyzer

. Strong knowledge of

RF fundamentals, Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), and WLAN architecture

. Experience with

spectrum analyzers

and troubleshooting wireless interference. Familiarity with enterprise-grade WLAN solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE)

or higher certification. Experience in

large-scale Wi-Fi deployments

(campuses, hospitals, stadiums, etc.). Knowledge of wireless security protocols, RADIUS, and authentication mechanisms. Hands-on experience with

network monitoring tools

and performance tuning.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
