Role:- EIR/Founder at Non Profit- Tech4Governance Location:- Gurugram (on-site) About ACE-Impact: ACE-Impact (https://bit.ly/49SUM1h) by Change Engine is India\'s first accelerator for idea stage non-profits that have the potential to create systemic change at scale. We seek to address some of the toughest problems in India and take up initiative which no one has done before. We address problems by incubating organisations/startups, and nurturing entrepreneurs by running a 6 month accelerator program in Delhi NCR. Our vision is to create a thriving ecosystem of high impact nonprofits in India. Change Engine is founded by Varun Aggarwal (MIT Alum, Entrepreneur with $100 exit - Co-Founder Aspiring minds), Shailendra Jha (ISB alum, ex MMT, Spinny) and Shubham Bansal (IITD, YC Alum). Change Engine has supported multiple organisations including FAST India, Advantage Club, Wify and myNachiketa (add links) : Are you an innovative leader fascinated by the intersection of technology and governance ACE-Impact is on the lookout for an EIR to drive our initiative in applying Technology for governance in India. As the EIR, you will collaborate with founders to understand the nuances of the issue, develop a comprehensive background note, propose impactful intervention strategies, and lead a team to execute a first-year pilot plan. Responsibilities: Work closely with ACE-Impact founders to understand the current state of technology governance and define the scope and dimensions of technology for governance in India. Co-develop a background note by first principle thinking, reading our background material, secondary research, interviewing relevant stakeholders and brainstorming Propose, study and evaluate various intervention strategies and come up with a plan of programmatic interventions which can make a big impact. Build a first year pilot plan and take lead in executing with a team in an agile and excellence-driven mechanism Work with the leadership to bring in resources for the short term and long term program implementation Bring out learnings and measure outcomes from the pilot to frame long term strategy and programs Qualifications: Graduates from top-tier institutes, bringing a strong academic foundation to their entrepreneurial journey. Demonstrated interest in leveraging technology for scalable and transformative change. 0-5 years of work experience, preferably in public policy or social impact consulting is preferred or previous co-founding experience People who have worked in tech or startups are highly encouraged to apply The individual will work like a non-profit entrepreneur and may eventually spin out the program into an independent organization.
