We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Einstein Analytics Developer (CRM Analytics/ Tableau CRM) to design and deliver interactive dashboards and insights across Marketing, Sales, CPQ, Services, and Partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, Salesforce Analytics Cloud, and statistical tools, along with a proactive mindset to explore new analytics features and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards on Salesforce Analytics Cloud (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM) for multiple business functions Execute ETL workflows, data transformations, and cleaning using Dataflows and Recipes Implement dashboard components with JSON editing, SAQL, Interactions (Bindings), and Security Predicates Ensure data visibility and access control using security rules and sharing sources Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide business insights to stakeholders Support dashboard training and adoption across business units Work with large datasets using tools like R, Python, and SQL Proactively research and apply new features in prescriptive and predictive analytics (e.g., Einstein Discovery, Prediction Builder) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate analytical findings clearly

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) Expertise in Dataflows, Recipes, Bindings (Selection & Result Interactions), JSON, SAQL, and dashboard formatting Ability to implement security predicates and visibility controls Experience with Einstein Discovery & Prediction Builder, with knowledge of performance metrics Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and data manipulation Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Spotfire Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with statistical tools (R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS) preferred Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture preferred Salesforce Developer and Admin certifications preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
