Qualification & Experience
B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation.
Preferably from Steel / Power / Process / Heavy Industry background
Key Responsibilities
Lead E&I team for operation & maintenance of plant electrical and instrumentation systems.
Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of motors, transformers, switchgear, drives, PLC/DCS, and automation systems.
Oversee installation, calibration, commissioning of instruments & control devices.
Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Maintain safety standards, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Manage inventory of spares and optimize energy usage.
Coordinate with Production, Mechanical & O&M teams for smooth plant operations.
Lead and mentor team for performance improvement.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC/DCS, SCADA, automation & instrumentation.
Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of safety standards & statutory compliance

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
