Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Industry Knowledge:

Work Experience

Experience in managing electrical and instrumentation projects in the energy sector. Holding advanced certifications in automation technologies or project management. Familiarity with AI tools for predictive maintenance and optimization of electrical systems. Demonstrated experience in scaling operations and implementing process improvements in a global context. Participation in industry conferences, technical workshops, or published papers related to electrical and instrumentation engineering. * Additional proficiency in foreign languages to facilitate international collaborations.
