About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Officer - EHSQ

to join our Safety team at Tarapur.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a

safe, healthy, and compliant work environment

through effective safety systems, training, audits, and preventive measures.
This role plays a key part in achieving the company's goal of

Zero Accidents

and fostering a strong

safety culture

across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

To create awareness about safety to all employee training related to safety. Plant observation throughout the shift to Monitor abnormal activity. Ensure effective implementation of work permit system To development & implementation of safety systems. Maintaining of fire hydrant system in good working condition. Implementation of Safety standards as per SOP. Ensure effective use of personal protective equipment.

Qualifications & Education

B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Diploma in Industrial Safety

(mandatory)

P.G. Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering

(preferred)*

Experience

2-3 years

of relevant experience in

Environmental, Health, and Safety Management

within a manufacturing or process industry. Experience with

ISO 9001 / ISO 14001

systems and EHS audits preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
