Lead implementation of EHS policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Conduct and review risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID, JSA, and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals; maintain SDS and chemical inventories.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement CAPA; prepare monthly EHS reports.
Drive safety training, toolbox talks, and behavioral safety programs.
Coordinate internal/external EHS audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
Monitor environmental parameters, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
Supervise safety inspections, permit-to-work system, and emergency response preparedness.
