Position Summary
The EHS & Quality Lead develops and implements comprehensive environmental, health, safety, and quality management programs across Stripe's APAC facilities. This strategic role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes a safety-first culture, drives continuous improvement, and implements standardized quality processes that enhance operational excellence and workplace experience. The position serves as the key subject matter expert for EHS and quality management within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs across Stripe's APAC locations
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and Regional regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and environmental management
• Lead risk assessment processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace
• Implement quality management systems and service standards aligned with client expectations and industry best practices
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance, identify deficiencies, and drive continuous improvement
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors
• Manage incident investigation processes, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate emergency response planning and drills across regional facilities
• Develop and track key performance indicators for both EHS and quality performance
• Prepare regular reports and analyses for management review and client presentations
• Lead the implementation of sustainability initiatives aligned with environmental standards
• Collaborate with other regional EHS leads to ensure global consistency in approach and standards
