EHS officers need to effectively communicate safety procedures and guidelines, conduct training, and work with various stakeholders. Understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures are crucial. Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement in safety performance. To ensure that all employees are following safety protocols and procedures. This includes conducting safety audits, investigating accidents, and developing safety programs. Protects people from workplace and environmental hazards and protects the environment from human hazards. Identify and mitigate potential hazards, prevent accidents and promote a safe and healthy living and working environment.
