Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS programs, ensuring alignment

with project goals and regulatory requirements.

Lead site-wide EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying and
mitigating hazards in collaboration with contractors.

Oversee contractor compliance with EHS policies, ensuring adherence to safety
plans, permits, and regulations.

Design and deliver advanced safety training programs, including emergency
response drills, for employees and contractors.

Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses, developing root cause
analyses and implementing corrective actions.

Maintain and update EHS documentation, including compliance reports, safety
metrics, and environmental records.

Drive environmental initiatives, such as waste reduction, energy conservation, and
pollution prevention, in line with sustainability goals.

Act as the primary EHS point of contact for contractors, fostering strong
relationships to ensure consistent safety performance.

Mentor and guide junior EHS staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
and accountability.

Provide regular EHS performance reports to management, recommending strategies
to enhance safety outcomes.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
