Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or MSc Chemistry or related field
0-3 years of relevant experience in EHS and/or ETP operations, preferably in a CRO or chemical or API or Pharmaceutical companies
Operate and maintain ETP ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
Monitor chemical usage and waste disposal processes
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
Coordinate with government regulatory bodies and prepare necessary reports and documentation
Should be able to understand and apply chemistry knowledge to assess reaction hazards, chemical compatibility, and associated risks
Conduct EHS training for employees and promote safety awareness
Maintain record-keeping and assist in EHS audit preparations
Support 5S and EHS improvement initiatives within the plant
