Responsible for coordinating with sites and to ensure reliable and complete ESG data from all sites. Prepared and presented ESG - KRA and KPI target vs actual status in the quarterly sustainability committee meeting. Implementation and monitoring of ESMP (Environmental and social Management Plan) accordance to IFC performance standard -1. Implementation and monitoring Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM). To assist and participate with plant manager to conduct stakeholder consultation and prepare MOM and presented the point in the sustainability meeting. Take lead for documentation of IMS standard related to ISO: 9001, ISO:14001 and ISO: 45001. Well aware about the operation of OHS information management system software Implementation and monitoring of contractor safety management procedures like pre bidding evaluation, pre-mobilization, periodicevaluation etc. Preparation, implementation and review of project EHS plan. Preparation, implementation, and review of Emergency response plan. Preparation of Annual safety budget. Implementation and monitoring of PTW system and LOTO procedure and follow-up 100% achievement of PTW system & LOTO procedure without deviation. Preparation, implementation & monitoring of LOTO tools & fixture inventory list, Equipment specific isolation point and list of non-lockable isolation point. Preparation training need identification (TNI) sheet for employees & contract labors and conduct training accordingly. Preparation, implementation, and review of safety OTP (objective, Target and program). All incident like near miss, Fire, first aid, LTI, RWC etc. are investigate and implemented lesson learning point. Preparation and review of Legal register time to time with respect to safety functional aspect. Maintained PPE\'s inventory tracker monthly and Fall protection inventory. Preparation, implementation & review of HIRA/ SOP/ Method of statement for each activity. Preparation of Safety initiative tracker and vulnerability tracker and monitoring according for compliance of all action point. Identified vulnerability safety risk and control measure implemented with take approval of top management. Coordinate and resolving client-based, lender audit, World bank audit related to ESG, MASS audit and IMS audit. Implementation and review of waste management plan & traffic management plan. Special monitoring for storage of Hazardous waste and E-waste and follow-up to dispose by govt approve vendor. Conduct Mock drill time to time on different topic, follow-up with target of observation compliance and record of the same maintained. Formation of site safety committee team, conduct meeting monthly basis, prepare & shared agenda before meeting, MOM of meeting and follow-up action point for compliance. To conduct for site safety inductions training to new workers & to ensure that every employee is informed and trained to perform their job in a productive and safe manner. As discussed with local authority, tie up with nearest hospital, Ambulance, fire, biomedical waste disposal agency for provide service frequently and also during emergency. Preparation & Documentation of Monthly MIS reports and monthly safety performance report circulated. Special monitoring of critical works like confined space work work at height, critical lifting, RT test etc. HSE Audit and inspection - Planned, organize, follow up for closing of observations Initiative taken for celebration of events like World environment Day, National Safety Day, Road safety week etc.
