Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EHR Customer Support Representative to provide frontline support to our clients. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare IT or EHR support role and is comfortable troubleshooting software issues, assisting users, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve EHR-related issues efficiently
Document client interactions and solutions in the support system
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Assist in training clients on EHR features and updates

Qualifications
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in EHR or healthcare IT support
