Job Description

Overview:
A family living in Bangalore, India, is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their two children, a son and a daughter aged 11 years. This is a live-in position, and the nanny will be provided with a private bedroom and bathroom within the family residence.
The family have other household staff, including a housekeeper/cook and a driver. The nanny isn't required to prepare meals, but will need to work with the cook to ensure the children receive the correct dietary requirements.
The children attend a day school with an IB curriculum, full-time and have a 45-minute to 1-hour commute. The driver will take the children, and the nanny will travel with them during this time.
Responsibilities:

• Organize after school activities
• Organize extra academic activities
• Supporting the children with their homework
• Helping with preparation for future exams
• Keeping the children's areas tidy and organized
• Making sure uniforms, etc. are ready for the next day
• Scheduling playdates and activities
• Nurturing their curiosity and creativity
• Maintain healthy habits, good table manners, and respectful behaviour

Qualifications:

• The family would like the nanny to travel with them once or twice a year to Europe

Requirements:

• The candidate should have previous experience working with children of a similar age
• Limit the children's screen time access
• The ideal candidate is friendly, engaging, and gentle
• A warm and fun disposition is essential
• The candidate should have good organizational skills
