DESIGNATION : PEFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGERKey Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.- Analyze campaign performance to improve CPL, ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs.- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.- Develop robust audience strategies, including interest-based targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting. - Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platform updates, algorithms, and digital advertising best practices.Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking setup.- Expertise in bid management, keyword research, and conversion tracking.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.- Experience managing e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing campaigns.
