This is not an employee-employer relationship; it is a true business partnership where you have real ownership and the opportunity for significant upside as the business expands. Eggfirst will provide capital, brand leverage, strategic relationships, and operational support.Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement the vision, strategic plan, and roadmaps for your venture.- Build and lead a core team, including recruiting key roles and fostering a high-performance culture.- Drive product development, sales, marketing, and customer acquisition efforts.- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and key performance metrics.Collaborate with Eggfirst's centralized functions-finance, HR, legal, and technology-for support and scaling.- Represent your venture at industry events and with stakeholders.- 10-25 years of experience, with a proven entrepreneurial background (founding, leading, or scaling a startup or business unit Head).- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and milestones to Eggfirst's leadership and investment committees.What We're Looking For:- Proven entrepreneurial experience, including founding, leading, or scaling a startup or business unit.- Strong leadership skills combined with strategic thinking and execution capability in ambiguous or dynamic environments.- Deep understanding of rural India, media, commerce, or related sectors.- Passion for driving growth and innovation, with the ability to thrive with autonomy.- Willingness to take calculated risks and accountability for results.- Openness to equity-based compensation and profit sharing linked to venture performance.- Interest in an Entrepreneur-in-Residence or venture founder role, with the opportunity to own and operate a new business line as a true partner.Compensation & Structure:- A moderate base salary to align incentives with venture success.- Equity or ESOP in the specific venture, with vesting over time.- Competitive profit-sharing arrangements.- Access to Eggfirst's brand, extensive network, and central operational services.
