We are expanding our Sales team and seeking high-energy Field Sales professionals to accelerate our market reach.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.- Drive lead generation, outbound calling, and qualification of prospects.- Build scripts, call guides, and outreach frameworks for the team.- Train, monitor, and coach team members to achieve targets.- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.- Collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales to ensure smooth lead handover.- Improve and optimize inside sales processes for higher conversions.- Prepare performance reports for management review.Required Skills:- Strong leadership and people-management skills.- Proven ability to manage a sales team and deliver consistent results.- Excellent communication and CRM proficiency.- Strong understanding of B2B and SaaS sales cycles.- High ownership, discipline, and process-driven mindset.Qualifications- 3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
