We are expanding our Sales team and seeking high-energy Field Sales professionals to accelerate our market reach.Key Responsibilities- Conduct field visits, engage with prospects, and present EffiGO's solutions.- Strong follow-up discipline to ensure lead progress and timely closures.- Map the client organization structure - identify influencers, decision-makers, and users.- Understand client requirements, pain points, and convert them into actionable solutions.- Collect budget details, competitive intelligence, and decision timelines.- Identify and nurture internal "champions" who can advocate for EffiGO within the client organization.- Maintain and update CRM with all interactions and pipeline movement.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Required Skills- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- High energy, aggressive follow-up, and result-oriented attitude.- Good understanding of B2B sales; SaaS experience preferred.- Ability to conduct client meetings and solution presentations confidently.Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Field Sales.- Experience in SaaS or technology sales is an added advantage.
