Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Master to join our agile software development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and a proven track record of successfully leading Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities (are not limited to):

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint Review, Retrospective) to ensure the team is adhering to Agile practices and continuously improving. Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices. Manage the backlog, prioritise tasks, and ensure the team is working on the most valuable items. Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues to management when necessary. Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork. Continuously monitor the team's velocity and identify areas for improvement, adjusting the process as needed. Liaise with stakeholders, product owners, and other cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and reports on the team's performance and progress. Champion the adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization.

Experience and Skills Sets required:

Experience

:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile project management role. Thorough understanding of Scrum framework, agile methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using Scrum tools and project management software.

Primary Skills(s):
