URGENT HIRING FOR ELECTRICAL BIM MODELLER FOR BANGALORE

Experience - 2 yrs

Salary - upto 40k

Location - Bangalore

Develop and update

3D BIM models for electrical services

(lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, earthing, cable trays, etc.) using Revit MEP. Prepare and manage

shop drawings, coordinated services drawings, and as-built drawings

. Coordinate with other disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, architecture, structure) for

clash detection and resolution

. Extract

BOQ, cable schedules, panel schedules, and load lists

from BIM models. Ensure adherence to

Blue Star's BIM standards, templates, and protocols

. Work closely with project engineers, design managers, and site execution teams to ensure design intent and constructability. Maintain project documentation, revision control, and version management of models and drawings. Support

Navisworks-based coordination meetings

and participate in resolving design conflicts. Ensure models are delivered within project timelines and quality standards.
