Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated
EduTech Sales / Student Counselor
who can connect with students over calls, explain our training programs, and guide them to enroll in suitable courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available courses and benefits.
Handle incoming, outgoing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel sheet.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with interested students to ensure successful enrollment.
Work with the marketing and operations team to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
0-1 year of experience
in telecalling, counseling, or sales (freshers can also apply).
Good communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
Passion for education and helping students make career decisions.
Ability to meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
