Engage with leads (via calls, emails, or in-person) to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable programs or services.
Conduct product demonstrations or counseling sessions to explain course details, benefits, pricing, and outcomes.
Manage the end-to-end sales process--from lead generation to enrollment and payment closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
Keep accurate records of interactions, feedback, and conversions using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Distributing pamphlets and leaflets in different locations.

Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Ability to understand and explain academic programs.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Prior experience in edtech or B2C/B2B sales (preferred).
Fluency is Hindi, English, Bengali required.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education, marketing, or business preferred)
