1. Teach core subjects (Maths, Science, English, Hindi, EVS) to children aged 6-14 years.
2. Conduct activities and ensure interactive learning.
3. Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
4. Conduct regular student assessments and track academic progress.
5. Guide children in homework and overall development.
6. Support community outreach - mobilisation, student follow ups, parents meeting and coordination with stakeholders.
7. Organize co-curricular activities to enhance creativity and confidence
6.Basic computer skills.
7. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff for smooth center functioning.
