Job Title: Primary & Junior School Educator

Job Summary:

The Primary & Junior School Educator is responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young learners. The role involves planning, implementing, and assessing an interactive and inclusive curriculum while fostering a safe and positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.? ?Curriculum Implementation:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons based on the curriculum and educational standards. Use creative teaching strategies to make learning engaging and effective. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs of students.
2.? ?Classroom Management:

Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom environment. Establish clear rules and routines to promote respect and responsibility. Address behavioral challenges constructively and implement school policies effectively.
3.? ?Student Development:

Foster the cognitive, emotional, and social growth of students. Support children in building critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Monitor and document student progress through assessments and report cards.
4.? ?Communication:

Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to share updates on student performance and behavior. Collaborate with school administrators and other teachers to enhance educational outcomes.
5.? ?Professional Growth:

Stay updated with current teaching practices, tools, and technologies. Participate in professional development sessions, workshops, and training.
6.? ?Additional Responsibilities:

Organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities like sports, arts, or cultural events. Supervise students during lunch breaks, field trips, and other school activities. Assist in creating lesson materials, visual aids, and classroom decor.
