Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive and engaging
brain development training sessions
for students.
Provide
counselling and guidance
to parents and students regarding course benefits and progress.
Assist in creating a positive, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
Participate in training programs conducted by the institute to enhance teaching and counselling skills.
Coordinate with management for organizing demo sessions and events.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during all institute activities.
Contribute ideas to improve teaching methods and student engagement.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Graduate (preferably in Psychology / Education / Child Development / related field).
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching, counselling, or child development programs will be an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident, patient, and child-friendly personality.
Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and reports.
Working Hours:
Full-Time Position
(as per institute timing)
Weekly Off:
Any one day except Sunday (Sunday is a working day)
Salary:
As per institute norms / commensurate with experience
