Join our dynamic B2C team and help students achieve their study-abroad dreams! As a B2C Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the education loan process, from initial consultation to securing financing from our partner banks. If you thrive in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and have a passion for helping students, we'd love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES

Connect with students and understand their financial requirements for studying abroad.
Profile students based on loan eligibility criteria and build a strong loan funnel.
Educate students about loan options and assist them in navigating the application
process.
Collaborate with partner banks and financial institutions to facilitate seamless loan
approvals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve conversion targets.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing student queries and concerns
effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, loan policies, and financial products.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: 1-3 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in study-abroad loans, fintech, ed-tech, or BFSI.
Technical Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple student cases
simultaneously.
A customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data management is a plus.
