Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves mentoring and guiding students for admissions, building trust, and driving conversions through sales via calling.
Make outbound & inbound calls to counsel students on courses, colleges, and preparation
Understand their aspirations, challenges, and expectations to provide personalised guidance
Help students understand academic pathways and career outcomes
Use clear communication to build rapport with students and parents
Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
Convert interested students into admissions using ethical, value-driven persuasion
Document all conversations in the CRM and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with counselling & operations teams for smooth onboarding
Who We're Looking For
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
Ability to simplify concepts and explain options clearly
Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Goal-oriented, consistent, and disciplined
Freshers welcome if communication is strong
Strong calling + follow-up approach is mandatory
