Field Marketing & Outreach
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local communities.
Build relationships with principals, teachers, and career counselors.
Organize educational fairs, career guidance sessions, and demo classes.
Business Development
Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
Develop tie-ups with organizations for student referrals.
Meet admission targets set by management.
Communication & Counseling
Guide students about course structures, fees, and career scope.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure admissions.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain student database and admission records.
Report daily/weekly progress to management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
