Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative

Pre-Primary Educational Facilitator

to join our early years team. The facilitator will play a key role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning by nurturing the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of children aged 2.5 to 5 years in a joyful, safe, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate learning through play-based and activity-based approaches aligned with early childhood education principles. Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote literacy, numeracy, motor skills, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for young learners. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and provide feedback to parents and the academic team. Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. Prepare teaching aids, resources, and displays to support interactive learning. Encourage positive behavior and model respectful interactions. Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development programs. Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to maintain a well-organized and engaging learning space.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed. (Pre-Primary preferred). 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience in a pre-primary or early years setting. Good command of spoken and written English. Passionate about working with young children. Creative, patient, and energetic with strong classroom management skills. Familiarity with play-way, experiential, and theme-based learning methods. Basic computer literacy (for reporting and digital learning tools).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, and early reading techniques. Ability to incorporate music, art, and movement into daily routines. Experience in handling diverse learners and inclusive classrooms. Familiarity with CBSE or other early childhood education frameworks.

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
