Solution compliance: L&D solutions comply with the specifications validated by the training owners(clarity) (competency managers).
Quality and cost: The quality of solutions provided to end users at the best cost is guaranteed through best practices in project
management and instructional engineering.
Solution availability: L&D solutions are available to end users in the required systems and languages thanks to the work done with those
responsible for publishing the offerings.
Use of new technologies: Available new technologies are explored to appropriately meet needs in terms of final impact, learning time,
and total cost (design plus deployment).
