Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses, admissions, and career options
Handle inbound and outbound calls (telephonic counseling)
Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions
Maintain student data and update CRM records
Resolve student queries in a polite and professional manner
Achieve daily and monthly counseling targets
Coordinate with academic and support teams when required
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream)
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English required
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
