Key Responsibilities

: 1. Student Guidance: Help students choose suitable courses, colleges, and career paths based on their interests, abilities, and academic background. Assist with course selection, college admissions, and entrance exam preparation. 2. Career Counseling: Conduct career assessments and aptitude tests. Guide students on future employment opportunities and required qualifications. 3. Academic Support: Address issues like poor academic performance, lack of motivation, or learning difficulties. Develop individualized academic plans. 4. Personal and Emotional Counseling: Support students facing emotional or social challenges. Promote mental health awareness and refer to psychologists when necessary. 5. Workshops and Seminars: Organize skill-development sessions on time management, study techniques, exam stress management, etc. 6. Parent Interaction: Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns. Offer guidance for home-based support. ---

Educational Qualifications:
