Job Title: Tele-Sales Counselor

Job Summary:
The Tele-Sales Counselor is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential leads and guiding them through the [product/service/program] offerings. This role involves building rapport, understanding customer needs, effectively communicating the value proposition, addressing queries, and ultimately converting leads into successful [customers/students/enrollees]. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Contact potential leads generated through various sources (e.g., online inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals).
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify their needs and interests.
Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
Sales and Counseling:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and deliver compelling sales presentations.
