Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and respond to inbound inquiries.
Counsel students and parents over the phone regarding courses, universities, and career pathways.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions and admissions.
Maintain call logs, student databases, and counseling records in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and admission conversion goals.
Stay updated with latest courses, educational trends, and admission processes.
Provide excellent customer experience while addressing queries and concerns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree (Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred).
0-3 years of experience in counseling/tele-counseling/tele-sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability in [insert required languages - e.g., English, Hindi, or Regional language].
Good listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with targets and follow-up processes.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM/Excel is an advantage.
