A Education Counselor /

Telecaller

is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a focus on achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about products, services, or offers. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Identify potential customers and generate new leads. Follow up with existing and potential customers to encourage sales or service renewals. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM software.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Persuade customers to purchase products or services. Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets. Cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services when appropriate.

Data Management:

Maintain an accurate database of customer information. Update customer details and communication records regularly. Prepare and submit call reports and performance summaries to management.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.

Compliance & Professionalism:

Follow call scripts and company policies. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. Maintain a positive and courteous attitude throughout all interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Fluency in [English / Hindi / local language as required]. Basic computer and data entry skills. Persuasive and customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred).

Location:

Office-based / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)

Working Hours:

Typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, may vary by company

Team Leader / Sales Manager / Customer Service Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
