Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students for Online MBA programs via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Convert leads into successful enrollments
Manage and nurture clients from initial inquiry to final admission (Client Management)
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and closures
Maintain accurate records and client data in CRM systems
Build long-term relationships with students to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
Hard-working, sincere, and punctual
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong target-oriented sales approach
Experience in educational counseling / inside sales / lead generation
Good client handling and relationship management skills
No shift timing constraints
Preferred:
Experience in online or distance education sales (MBA programs preferred)
