Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on courses, career options, and educational pathways. Assist students in identifying their skills, strengths, and interests to align with suitable courses. Provide information about educational programs, colleges/universities, and admission procedures. Guide students through application, admission, and enrollment processes. Organize and conduct counselling sessions, workshops, and seminars for students and parents. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups. Stay updated with trends in education, new programs, and job market requirements. Work closely with faculty, parents, and academic coordinators to support student growth. Assist in resolving student academic or personal challenges affecting their education.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field. Proven experience as a Student Counsellor/Education Counsellor or in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with students and parents. Knowledge of career guidance tools, psychometric tests, and educational trends. Proficiency in MS Office and database management.

Work Environment:
