Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive/Manager
to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting ITpreneur's training and development services. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping businesses and individuals upskill for the digital future.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT training or staffing solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing and training teams to create strategic plans for business growth.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales reports to leadership.
