Role Overview

As a

student counsellor

at Harvvest, you'll be the first connection between aspiring learners and their financial education journey.
Your job is to guide students, understand their goals, build trust, and help them take the right decision -- enrolling in the right Harvvest course for their growth.

You will play a key role in achieving admission targets, maintaining student satisfaction, and representing Harvvest's values.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries. Clearly explain Harvvest's courses, structure, and value propositions to students and parents. Identify students' goals (trading, investing, finance careers) and suggest suitable courses. Persuasively convert enquiries into confirmed admissions. Maintain and update inquiry data in CRM or Excel daily. Follow up professionally with potential leads. Coordinate with faculty and the operations team for batch scheduling. Represent Harvvest in college seminars, counselling sessions, and marketing events. Maintain a student-first approach and uphold Harvvest's brand reputation.

Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred) Active listening and empathy Persuasive and confident personality Professional and positive attitude Goal-driven and self-motivated Basic understanding of stock market or willingness to learn Comfortable with calling and interacting daily with leads

Eligibility

Qualification: Graduate (any stream); MBA or commerce background preferred Experience: 0-3 years in counselling, sales, or education sector Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000-?25,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: Performance-based (per admission or monthly targets) Benefits: Free financial training sessions by Harvvest team
