Key Responsibilities:*
Student Counselling:*
Guide students and parents regarding Infomaths courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Understand students' academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
Conduct counselling sessions via walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and seminars.
Lead Generation & Conversion:*
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, online leads) and convert them into admissions.
Generate leads through educational events, seminars, and social media campaigns.
Maintain and update student databases (CRM/ERP systems).
Digital Marketing & SMO Support:*
Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Support the digital marketing team in running campaigns to attract students.
Monitor online queries and respond to student inquiries promptly.
Administration & Reporting:*
Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for student support.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.
Meet monthly admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Education preferred).
1-3 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, or lead generation.
Good understanding of digital marketing and SMO (Social Media Optimization).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
