Job Description

Any graduation degree in education, counseling, or a related field Fresher as well as experience as a career counselor or educational counselor Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to students in a clear and concise manner Strong knowledge of career development theories and techniques, as well as counselling principles and practices Demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles. Knowledge of college admissions and financial aid processes Experience working on Microsoft Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
