Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Educational Content Creator to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning materials for students in 10th and 12th classes under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CBSE syllabus and be capable of creating engaging, informative, and easy-to-understand content that supports both self-study and classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

: Develop clear, accurate, and engaging educational content for 10th and 12th class CBSE subjects (such as Mathematics, Science, Physics, chemistry, biology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Science, English, Accounts, Economics, Business Studies, History, Geography, Political Science etc.) that aligns with the prescribed syllabus.

Curriculum Development

: Work closely with the academic team to create lesson plans, study guides, practice papers, and assessments that are aligned with CBSE learning outcomes and standards.

Multimedia Integration

: Create and incorporate various multimedia resources (videos, animations, infographics, quizzes) to enhance student engagement and comprehension.

Subject Matter Expertise

: Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in the CBSE curriculum and incorporate them into the content to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Interactive Content

: Design interactive assignments, quizzes, mock tests, and other assessments to evaluate student progress.

Content Review and Editing

: Review and update content periodically to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and reflects the latest CBSE syllabus revisions.

Collaboration

: Work with educators, designers, and developers to ensure content is pedagogically sound and visually appealing.

Feedback Integration

: Analyze student performance and feedback to continuously improve content delivery and effectiveness.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure all content is free of errors, clear, and adheres to educational best practices.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

: 10th/12th/Bachelor's in relevant subject (Mathematics, Science, Physics, chemistry, biology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Science, English, Accounts, Economics, Business Studies, History, Geography, Political Science etc), or a related field.

Experience

: Experience in creating educational content for CBSE students, especially for classes 10th and 12th.

Subject Expertise

: Strong knowledge of subjects taught at the 10th and 12th CBSE levels.

Skills

: Strong command of the CBSE curriculum and exam patterns. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Suite, etc.). Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible for students. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.

Desirable Skills

:

Experience with e-learning platforms or online teaching. Familiarity with educational technology tools like LMS (Learning Management Systems). Graphic design skills and knowledge of visual storytelling. Familiarity with current education trends and digital learning practices.
