Conduct sessions (online/in-person) on Amadeus functionalities (reservations, fares, ticketing) for internal staff and external customers (travel agents, airline personnel).
Create and update training materials, e-learning modules, and customized programs based on customer needs and GDS updates.
Identify customer skill gaps and business needs to tailor learning solutions effectively.
Provide high-quality educational support, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on new Amadeus products and industry trends.
Ensure training helps retain customers and meet Amadeus' commercial objectives.
Expertise in Amadeus GDS (and often Galileo).
Strong instructional design, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
Experience in the travel industry is often required.
