Job Summary:

ACS Pathshala is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated

Telecallers

to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, helping them understand our educational programs and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

? Explain ACS Pathshala's Educational programme for K6 to K12, courses, and benefits.

? Follow up with interested candidates for counseling and enrollment.

? Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the database.

Required Skills:

? Good verbal communication in Hindi and English .

? Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.

? Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.

? Ability to handle objections and convert leads.

Eligibility:

? Freshers are welcome to apply.

? Candidates with

6 months or more of telecalling/telemarketing experience

in any field will be given preference.
