Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding
IIT-JEE & NEET
courses.
Handle inbound calls and answer course, fee, and admission-related queries.
Generate leads and schedule counseling appointments.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain calling data, follow-up records, and daily reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred).
Experience in telecalling or education sales preferred.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Eligibility Criteria:
12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0-3 years (freshers can apply).
Comfortable with targets and phone-based interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
