Job Description

:
1. Project Execution

a. Manage backend checks and maintenance for digital assessments, dashboards, and data collection tools, ensuring reliability and accuracy.

b. Document internal communications, audit processes, and maintain updated repositories for easy knowledge transfer.

c. Support field operations, including sampling, field audits, and quality assurance of data collection to ensure consistency across sites.



2. Data Analysis & Reporting

a. Clean, validate, and analyze large-scale student learning outcome (SLO) data, applying statistical techniques.

b. Create clear and insightful visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



3. Automation & Standardization

a. Identify manual workflows in data collection, auditing, and scoring, and design automation solutions (e.g., VBA, Google Apps Script).

b. Build and refine audit tools, scoring systems, and reporting templates to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Sciences, or related fields

2. 1-2 years of experience in education/policy/social development sector

3. Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills

4. Strong analytical and critical-thinking with a problem-solving attitude
